Hi,
Well I found some interesting pokemon. After catching Groudon I went backtracking before challenging Wallace and I hear a cry in Petalburg forest and I find a freaking Phantump needless to say in shocked.
I thought maybe phantump somehow was in the Hoenn pokedex but nope when its data was recorded it said this pokemon has not been identified in Hoenn.
Has anyone else run into pokemon like this that are not in the hoenn pokedex?
Please help.
